Dental Haven engaged Dreambox to rework their entire go-to-market strategy. The challenge with any dental office is nobody likes going to the dentist. No surprise here. Several focused surveys revealed the main motivation for visiting a dentist is not to have healthy teeth. Patients say that eliminating pain or being able to smile confidently are the two main reasons for seeking treatment. The effort included a recasted vision, re-craft of the main message to leverage this insight as well as a cross-brand makeover of all visual and verbal communication used with prospects and current customers.
